Shame on them, Shame on us

This poem deals with the terrorist attacks on Tuesday, September 11, 2001 to show how stupid the terrorist were and how stupid we were. I wrote this poem one day while I was in class. Came up with it before I had to take a test in Personal Business Management.


Shame on them for killing innocents.
Shame on us for letting it happen.
Shame on them for their plans.
Shame on us for not finding the clues.
Shame on them for disrupting our everyday life.
Shame on us for being disrupted.
Shame on them for their beliefs.
Shame on us for accusing others.
Shame on them for causing war on our land.
Shame on us for bringing revenge to innocent people.
Shame on them for celebrating.
No shame on us for standing united and strong.
You will be missed.
